Kashmiri acacia honey with a delicate, light taste

Nativaa Kashmiri Acacia Honey is made at our own bee farm, where our bees forage on acacia (black locust) trees when they flower in the Kashmir valley. The flowers hang in soft white clusters, and the honey they produce is [pale and gentle, with a light floral sweetness]. All of that flavour comes from the blossoms, and nothing is added afterwards.

We run the hives ourselves, so no trader or outside supplier sits between our bees and your jar. It is packed in a 650 g glass jar.

Taste, Colour and Texture

Colour: Golden amber
Taste: Soft, light sweetness with a gentle floral note

How to use

• Stir into lukewarm water, kahwa or green tea

• Spoon over toast, pancakes, waffles or fresh fruit

• Swirl into yoghurt, porridge or smoothies

• Use as a light sweetener in desserts and dressings

• Have a plain spoonful, straight from the jar

Storage and Crystallisation

Keep the lid firmly shut and store the jar in a cool, dry spot, away from sunlight. Always use a dry, clean spoon. Acacia honey stays runny longer than most, but with time or in cold weather it may still turn thick or grainy, and that is a natural change, not spoilage. To loosen it, rest the closed jar in lukewarm water for a few minutes. Do not microwave it.
